Why you simply must have a set of these

Some nice'n'ez Instructions

1. Feed the string in from the bottom of the pin and out through the hole at the top facing down the neck, leave about an inch of the string out at the bottom and feed this into the bridge hole.

2. Insert the pin and apply moderate pressure while pulling the string through until you feel it lock into place. Keep moderate pressure on the pin while tuning. Removal is simply a reversal of the above.

Caution  if you have to remove and re-install the same string, be sure to have the ball of the string facing the back of the guitar or it will not lock. If you see the pin rise at any time you know it's not locked.

Q. Do the pins damage the bridge in any way ?

A. No, the opposite in fact, because the strings are fed through the pin and the level of the exit hole is above the bridge base level there is minimal wear on the bridge.

Q. Will the pins ever slip or come out ?

A. No never, not if they are installed properly, so no need to be concerned with a law suit when your flying pin takes a poor punter's eye out !!.

Q. Are the stones in the pin's real ?

A. At £24.99, aye, right !!

Q. Will I be best, when removing them, to use, a set of pliers, a screw driver, a fork or potato peeler ?

A. Don't be silly, these aren't the olden days, the pins come out as easily as they go in, no more bent forks and broken nails to be worried about.

Q. Will they make me more attractive and improve my sex life ?

A. Noooo, don't attempt in any way to use these for sexual purposes, who knows what could happen.

Q. Are they male or female ?

A. I give up :(

Here are some comments on the pins from Bob Cairns an accomplished guitarist songwriter who recently took delivery of two sets.
